Madison Elite Volleyball

Welcome to the 2024-2025 Girls & Boys Tryouts Registration​ with Madison Elite Volleyball.

This registration will allow you to provide player and contact information for your 2024-25 tryout. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Early registration and online payment of $50 non-refundable fee (plus processing charges) before midnight July 18, 2024. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration a charge from Madison Elite Volleyball will appear on your account. After 7-18-24, online registration tryout payment of $60 is available. 

Offers are given out Saturday & Sunday on the first weekend of tryouts. If there are offers available, those will be given out the following two Wednesday tryouts. If there are still offers available, those will be given out after the July tryouts and during the August clinics.

After completing the Elite online registration, all players MUST bring the following documents to tryouts:

• Proof of valid USA Volleyball Membership. This is printed after registering with Sport Engine.  More membership information can be found at the Badger Region website
• USA Volleyball Medical Release Form
